It can be caused by:

- A weak or unstable internet connection
- A signal drop (if using Wi-Fi)
- A bug affecting your router
How to fix error code 24 on Disney Plus
If you are currently experiencing Disney Plus error code 24, the following quick solutions that can fix the issue:
1. Try logging in after a few minutes
Error 24 can occur due to a temporary problem that can resolve itself within a few minutes.
Therefore, before trying anything else, you should wait a while and attempt to log in again. Chances are, the issue will be resolved, and the error will disappear.
However, if the error persists, you can move on to the next step. Manually log out of all sessions and then try to log in again. To do this:
- Go to disneyplus.com/login on your computer browser and sign in to your account
- Navigate to “Account” and select “Settings”
- Go to “Device Management” and select “Remove All Devices” This will log you out of all the current sessions.
With all your sessions logged out, go back to your streaming device, and try logging in again.
2. Re-install the Disney Plus app
Another reason for Disney Plus login error 24 is if the app you are using on your streaming device is corrupted. In this case, it is better to delete it and re-install a fresh and up-to-date version.
Once you have installed the app, launch it, and try logging in again.
3. Check your internet connection
Disney Plus, being a streaming service, requires a decent internet connection for a smooth session. If this is not the case, you will have several issues, which could be the reason you are experiencing error code 24.
Therefore, it is a good idea to check on your internet connection to see if it could be the cause of the issue. You can do this by running a speed test.
If the network is fast and stable, you can move on to other solutions. However, if it not, you should switch to a more stable connection.
4. Move your router closer to your streaming device
Another connectivity issue that can cause error code 24 is a signal drop when using a wireless network. This happens when the router is too far from your device, or if the signal is obstructed.
To fix this, simply move the router closer to your device. Alternatively, you can use an Ethernet cable – if your device supports it.
5. Restart your router
Routers are vulnerable to various issues such as memory leaks, hung processes, temporary bugs, IP mismatch, etc. These issues can lead to connectivity problems, causing you to experience error 24.
Fortunately, you can fix these issues, and consequently, error code 24, by restarting your router. To do so, simply press the hard reset button that is found at the back panel of your router.
Alternatively, you can reset it manually by unplugging it from the power outlet (without turning it off), wait for about 20 – 30 seconds, then plug it in again and restart it.
Hopefully, you have found one or more of the solutions above helpful. If they no longer work, you can contact Disney Plus customer support for additional troubleshooting.
