  1. I received error code XRE-10000, so I called xfinity. I get a robot and cant understand what its saying. Asking me to say what my issue is. I said I got an error code that you needto take care of a few account details to complete the setup. It says it didnt get that, would I like to text for help or speak with a rep. I said rep. The rep cant even speak english. I told her I dont know what shes even said, I couldnt understand her. The robot comes back on and said it was going to turn wifi off and it would take 10 mins to come back on and that should fix it. someone would call me when it came back on. That didnt fix it. Robot called back and asked if it turned back on, I said yes. It said Im glad we could help have a nice day and hung up. Is it too much for an english speaking person actually help a customer? Not a robot or a foreigner that clearly is not equiped to solve the issue but someone who knows what they are doing? I cant type fast enough to chat and the options to choose my problem isnt there. After 2 hours I called again and its the robot and same girl. I asked her if There was someone else I could talk to and she said no. I hung up. Robot texts me an hour later wanting me to rate my recent experience. Was my issues solved? No. Do I need help managing my account? Paying my bill? Moving? Outage? I texted You need to take care of a few account….It sends the same text. Ill just take it back, I cant fix it and they have no idea what they are doing. not worth it.
