American Airlines customers can stream the FIFA World Cup 2026 for free on FOX One

American Airlines has partnered up with Fox One to allow passengers to stream the FIFA World Cup 2026 for free inflight. Starting from June 8, 2026, the airline will offer free Fox One access to AAdvantage members across all domestic flights.

The members will get seven free 24-hour passes, which they can activate without a credit card on the Fox One web platform or app. The passes will be available for one calendar year.

Access to World Cup, Fox Sports, and other content

The partnership with Fox One is part of American Airlines’ fan-focused initiative for the summer sports tournament. It will allow football fans to stream the FIFA World Cup 2026 when traveling during matches.

Through American’s newest partnership, AAdvantage® members can experience the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026 on FOX One wherever they are,” said Caroline Clayton, American Airlines’ Chief Marketing Officer.

However, the ability to watch the World Cup is not the only perk AAdvantage members are getting. The Fox One pass will also offer access to Fox Sports, news and entertainment programming.

American Airlines Spot the Bag campaign

As part of its FIFA World Cup 2026 initiative, American Airlines is also running the “Spot the Bag” campaign. The promotion allows fans to scan branded suitcases for a chance to win tickets to the FIFA World Cup 26TM Final Party in New York City.

Fox One streaming is also available on Delta

American Airlines passengers are not the only ones who will get to stream the FIFA World Cup 2026 inflight. In April, Delta announced it had partnered with Fox One to offer the World Cup on the Delta Sync ecosystem.

The Delta Partnership will allow Sky Miles Members to access the Fox One for free during domestic flights. The members will get 24-hour passes, which they can activate multiple times in a year without credit cards.

Live sports is one of the highest engagement categories for our customers in flight. It’s communal, and part of how they stay connected to moments that matter. Partnering with FOX One lets us bring more of those moments on board in a meaningful way,” said Julieta McCurry, the company’s vice president of In-flight Entertainment and Connectivity.
