- Click “Self Diagnosis” and confirm by pressing ‘Enter.’
- Select the last option, which is ‘Reset.’

If you have never customized your PIN, the default PIN for all Hisense Smart TVs is 0000. If you changed your account details, and you cannot remember the new PIN, contact Hisense Smart TV representative in your area.
How to reset your Hisense Smart TV without a remote
If your Smart TV does not show any picture, it is impossible to use your remote to reset it. Fortunately, you can do a soft reset through the power cycle. To reset Hisense TV with no picture:
- Disconnect any external hard disc or USB cable
- Turn off your Hisense Smart TV
- Unplug the power cable
- Wait for two (2) minutes before plugging the TV back to power back
- Switch you Smart TV ON
Soft resetting solves system bugs, but it is not the recommended option if you want to sell your Smart TV or give it away — consider the other two options.
In addition, this option works for both old and new Hisense Smart TV models.

My Hisense is stuck in the dang network setup, I press the back arrow it wont go back to the main menu just beeps. I press the Home key on the remote and still I cannot get back to the HOME menu, just stuck in the

I removed the batteries out of the remote and pressed the power key for 15 seconds that did nothing for it either. Oh I even unplugged the TV from the power and let it set for 2 mintues, NOTHING! Has anybody else had this issue being stuck in the main Network settings?

This Hisense 50″ Android TV is by far the crappiest TV that I’ve ever owned, and I’m 63 and had more that I gave away when moving than most people. Seriously… last year, I constantly had to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it on.
Now, I power it on, and it does its Hishit Android TV logo thing, then it turns off. I’m so over this. Hisense, I don’t care if they’re better now, but it takes so long for you to fix problems caused by previous updates, it seems by people writing in, that I will never trust your brand again.

My TV goes to the logo, then restarts…… after last update…….. this is a major problem because there is no reset button.
My Hisense Roku tv 65″ will not power on, I have tried power cycle from the outlet, changing outlets, reset button on the side where different connections are, holding down the power button on TV and remote, volume up and channel down, still have a black tv no power. I also had another power cord just like the one that came with it and it failed to fix the problem as well. This is a brand new tv. Does anybody have any more ideas on his to fix this??
