Roku unveils dedicated Creators Hub with fresh FAST content

Roku is making it easier to watch your favorite online creators right on your living room TV.

On May 19, 2026, Roku introduced “Creators,” a new section on its home screen that brings together social media stars and top podcasters.

Now, instead of opening different apps to watch web videos, Roku is turning these digital stars into channels you can watch like regular TV, all through its free ad-supported streaming service.

How to find the new Creators section on Roku

The update is currently rolling out to users in the United States. Here is how to find the new section:

  • Grab your remote.
  • Scroll down to the Categories menu on your dashboard.
  • Click “More” to find the Creators tile.

The menu is designed to feel familiar, similar to Netflix or Disney+. You’ll see easy-to-browse rows for trending videos, different genres, and recommendations based on what you already enjoy.

Along with the new dashboard hub, Roku is launching several new FAST channels on The Roku Channel. Viewers can watch dedicated, 24/7 channels from Scott Galloway’s Prof G Podcast Network, the Modern Wisdom Podcast with Chris Williamson, Preston & Brianna, the Stokes Twins, and Nomad Travel.

Roku also announced that viral internet stars like iShowSpeed, sports creator Jesser, and the Kalogeras Sisters will soon have their own live channels.

Why Roku is targeting internet icons with dedicated channels

Roku’s move is a direct response to big changes in what people want to watch on TV.

A consumer study from Tubi showed that 67% of viewers find independent internet creators more authentic and entertaining than Hollywood studio shows.

Roku is taking advantage of this trend by making it easier to watch internet content on your TV without needing web browsers or phone casting.

These new channels will appear alongside popular internet creators who already have large audiences on Roku.

Existing free feeds include MrBeast, Sean Evans’ celebrity interview show Hot Ones, comedy duo Good Mythical Morning, and shorts creator Alan Chikin Chow.

What the Creators hub on Roku means for viewers

For viewers, the biggest benefit is ending “app fatigue.” Instead of jumping between video and podcast apps, everything is in one place with free movies and live news.

The goal is to make it easy to find a vlog or podcast interview without searching through lots of different apps.

By turning digital creators into scheduled TV channels, Roku wants to move beyond just showing old cable reruns and classic movies.
