Amazon launches Fire TV Creators Hub, bringing YouTube stars to TV

Amazon has introduced the Fire TV Creators Hub, making it easier to find and watch videos from popular creators on TV.

Amazon revealed this feature at the Cannes Lions festival. It is aimed at the millions who stream on Fire TV devices every day.

What is Fire TV Creators Hub?

The Fire TV Creators Hub is a new section on Fire TV devices. It highlights videos, podcasts, and other content from well-known digital creators, mainly from YouTube and TikTok.

With this hub, Amazon connects short social media videos with the living-room TV experience. It also helps solve a major problem for creators: getting discovered.

There is so much content from millions of creators that viewers often have trouble finding what they want. At the same time, creators struggle to reach new audiences outside their usual platforms.

Charlotte Maines, Amazon’s VP of Devices Content and Advertising, discussed this at the announcement. Amazon aims to build on the YouTube-like experience by using its knowledge of customers and control over the device’s software.

This approach lets Amazon offer personalized recommendations and helps creators get noticed.

When is the Fire TV Creators Hub rolling out?

The Fire TV Creators Hub will launch in summer 2026, with initial availability as early as July. It will feature content from more than 120 creators at launch.

Some of the expected heavyweights include MrBeast, Topper Guild, Celine Dept, 5-Minute Crafts, Dude Perfect, Jordan Matter, and Ben Azelart. Amazon plans to scale this number quickly to around 200 creators by the end of July 2026 and more than 500 by 2027.

New videos from these creators will show up on Fire TV the same day they are posted on YouTube, so viewers always get the latest content. This quick release makes Fire TV a strong option alongside mobile viewing.

How the Creators Hub will integrate with the Fire TV interface

Amazon has not shared all interface details yet, but the hub is expected to fit well with Fire TV’s updated look. The new design, launched earlier in 2026, helps users find content more easily with rounded corners, gradients, and more ways to pin favorites.

Users can expect a special “Creator” row on the home screen, a new tab or icon at the top, and personalized recommendations based on their viewing habits.

Users will likely be able to follow favorite creators, allowing their latest videos and podcasts to surface more prominently. This personalization leverages Amazon’s logged-in ecosystem (Prime accounts, viewing history, etc.), which gives it an edge over standalone apps.

Because Fire TV is both a hardware and software platform, it can offer deeper integration than most streaming services.

How the Creators Hub benefits the viewers

The Fire TV Creator Hub brings lively, authentic social media content to your TV in an easy-to-use format. It suits families, casual viewers, and anyone who wants quick clips or longer podcasts without switching apps or picking up their phone.

This move is part of a larger trend where creator-driven content is moving from mobile devices to connected TVs. With the Fire TV Creators Hub, Amazon wants to play a bigger role in the creator economy on TV.

By making top YouTube and social content easier to find and more personalized on TV, the hub helps creators reach new viewers and gives users easy access to fun, authentic shows.
