It’s not worth having now so many people complaining of the same problem menus extremely slow, keeps say no bandwidth (which is bullshit) and nothing being done about it not even them just saying we are working on it…….. just waiting for Disney + and then bye bye I only have amazon for grand tour. Disney+ also much cheaper and will have way more proper movies to watch with out paying which Xbox store also cheaper to rent from

  3. I have had Prime Video since 2014, and I have never experienced these problems! Stop and start constantly. All other services are perfectly fine. Why now for the last couple of months is this happening? Amazon Prime is sucking big time!

  5. Same as above. Brilliant Netflix, Youtube, Catchup TV also on Kindle Fire. I have tried to do what you said but most of the advice is useless because theses aspects obviously have no problem. Save me time by answering this:- Is Amazon Video just plain crap and there is no way to rectify it? Does nobody get good service from it?

  6. I have Netflix and Hulu and I never have this issue with their services. I have at&t as a service provider and they told me my streaming speed is well above 25mb. I love prime service but I am considering cancelling the service. It obviously is some issue with prime since this does not happen with the other services. I should not have to restart my router each time I want to watch prime!
