In the fourth season, Joe kills Malcolm in a dissociative state because he is misogynistic. Joe also kills people as the “Eat The Rich” murderer. These include Simon, Gemma, and Edward.
Season 5
Joe kills Robert Cain at Kate’s (his new wife) request. When an internet misogynist (Dane) tries to kidnap Bronte, Joe kills him, although Bronte is against it.
Bronte’s ex tries to protect her, and Joe sees it as interference and accidentally kills him.
Throughout the show, many other people die as a result of Joe’s manipulation, such as Forty Quinn and Natalie. It is right then that at the end of the show, he is sentenced to life in prison.
