Premier League is set to launch its own streaming service, Premier League+, in Singapore on 5th August 2026. The streaming service, dubbed “Premflix”, was first announced back in February 2026.
The planned streaming service is now in full fruition, with the league and its local broadcast partner, StarHub, recently announcing the upcoming subscription plans and prices.

Premier League’s first direct-to-fans streaming service
Premier League+ is a landmark streaming service as it is the league’s first direct-to-fans streaming service.
Paul Molnar, the league’s chief media officer, acknowledged the important milestone of the new streaming service in a statement:
“This is the first time the Premier League has launched a direct-to-fans streaming service anywhere in the world, and we are excited to provide supporters in Singapore with additional choice and new ways to experience the best league in the world.”
The streaming service will significantly change how fans watch league content. The platform will offer access to all 380 league games, Community Shield matches, and FA Cup matches, all in one place.
Fans will access live matches in up to 4K, with multi-camera viewing options and real-time data overlays. On top of that, the platform will highlight full match replays and a 24/7 channel with content from Premier League Studios.
Flexible subscription plans announced
The league and StarHub have announced the subscription plans that will be available to fans when the 2026/27 season kicks off later in August.
The streaming service will feature a 24-hour pass at S$16 (approx. US$12.50), which will give full access to the platform for a single day.
Besides the 24-hour pass, the platform will offer a monthly plan at S$44 (approx. US$34.35). The plan will feature a rolling subscription, with the option to cancel at any time.
Lastly, fans will have the option of subscribing to an annual plan, which will cost S$399 (approx. US$311.59) for 12 months of access.
Premier League+ will only be available in Singapore
The streaming service will, at the time, only be available in Singapore. Fans will be able to access the platform via the league’s website, official app, the Premier League+ app on mobile phones and connected TVs, and select StarHub set-top boxes.

However, Premier League+ may be launched in other countries in the near future. While announcing the platform earlier in February, Richard Masters revealed the possibility of launching the service globally.
“We’re also looking to learn, to see how that might be replicated all around the world.”
It remains to be seen whether the global launch will be implemented. However, for now, Singapore football fans have access to all Premier League matches at less than half of what UK fans pay; it costs UK-based fans approximately $66 a month to access all games.
