BINGE is a streaming platform that airs lots of entertaining content. You can catch up with the latest drama, sitcoms, reality, movies, documentaries, and more.
The service supports various devices, including smartphones, tablets, Smart TVs, and desktops. You can also use Chromecast to cast BINGE straight from your streaming device.
Depending on the device you are using, you might need to activate BINGE before you can be able to stream its content.
The activation steps vary depending on your device. Supported devices include Samsung TV, LG TV, and PlayStation. Note that BINGE is not available on Roku or Fire TV.
How to activate BINGE
Follow these steps to activate and watch BINGE on your Smart TV. These instructions are device-specific; therefore, select the device you intend to use.
1. Apple TV
BINGE supports Apple TV version 4 or higher. You can activate it as follows:
- Launch the App Store from your Apple TV’s home screen.
- Download the BINGE app from the App Store.
- Open the app and select Sign In.
- An activation code will display on your screen.
- Go to streamotion.com.au/activate using a mobile or desktop browser.
- Enter the activation code, wait for it to authenticate, and then enter your login credentials.
Your TV will sign in automatically and allow you to start streaming.
2. Android TV
If you have an Android TV, here is how you can activate BINGE:
- Download and install the BINGE app from the Google Play Store.
- Launch the app
- Select Sign In. An activation code will display.
- Go streamotion/activate on a smartphone or computer browser.
- Enter the code.
- Log in to your account if needed.
You can now select your profile to start watching BINGE.
3. Telstra TV
To activate BINGE on Telstra TV:
- Download the BINGE app from Telstra TV’s app store
- Launch the app
- Select Sign In. You will see a QR code displayed on your TV
- Scan the QR code using the camera on your smartphone or tablet
- Tap on the notification that appears
- Follow the instructions and log in
You can now stream all BINGE content on your Telstra TV.
4. Samsung TV
BINGE is available on Samsung TV models manufactured from 2017 and later. To activate it:
- Download the BINGE app from the Samsung TV App store.
- Open the app.
- Select Sign In. A QR code will display.
- Scan the QR code using your phone camera.
- Select the notification that appears.
- The notification will redirect you to streamotion.com.au/activate.
- Enter the 8-digit code and select Confirm.
- Login to your account if necessary.
Your Samsung TV will log you in automatically and allow you to stream your movies and TV shows.
5. LG TV
You can stream BINGE on LG TV models using webOS 4 and above. You should then activate it as follows:
- Go to the home screen on your LG TV and select the BINGE app.
- Install the app.
- Open the app and select Sign In. A QR code will display.
- Scan the QR code using your device camera.
- Select the notification that appears.
- Your device will redirect you to streamotion.com.au/activate.
- Enter the 8-digit code and select Confirm.
- Log in to your account if necessary.
After authenticating your LG TV, you can start streaming BINGE content.
6. PlayStation
You can watch BINGE on PlayStation 4 or 5. However, you have to activate the device as follows:
- Go to the PlayStation Store App and search for BINGE.
- Download the app. You will find the app in your TV & Video carousel.
- Select the BINGE app and select Sign In.
- A QR code will display.
- Scan the QR code using your smartphone camera.
- Go to streamotion.com.au/activate and enter the 8-digit code.
You can now select your profile and start streaming BINGE on your PlayStation device.
7. Chromecast
You can use Chromecast to cast BINGE from your computer, smartphone, or tablet to your television.
Here is how:
- Download the Google Home app and set it up for your smartphone or tablet.
- Alternatively, cast directly from your computer to push BINGE from your tablet or smartphone screen to the TV screen.
After setting it up, you can cast BINGE from your device to your TV.
Why can’t I activate BINGE?
If you cannot activate BINGE, try the following:
- Check that you have entered the correct code
- Uninstall the BINGE app, reinstall it, and try activating it again
- Check that the code has not expired
- Disable your VPN or proxy server and try again
If the activation code expired, select Try Again to generate a new code.
How do I connect BINGE to a Smart TV?
You can connect BINGE to your Smart TV by downloading the BINGE app. Use the application store on your Smart TV to get the app.
Alternatively, you can use HDMI to connect BINGE to a Smart TV. In this case, you will require a compatible mobile phone, laptop, or tablet to connect to your Smart TV with an HDMI input.
Now, depending on your device, you will also need a dingle to connect the HDMI cable to your device.
Are BINGE and Kayo the same subscription?
When you sign up to BINGE, Flash, or Kayo Sports, you automatically become a Streamotion customer.
That means Streamotion will link all your Flash, BINGE, or Kayo Sports subscriptions and store your account details at a Streamotion level instead of having a specific product level.
However, Flash, BINGE and Kayo Sports are separate subscriptions. This means your bill for each product will be separate.
Do I get 3 months free on BINGE?
You can only get three months free on BINGE if you are a Telstra customer using the post-paid offer.
In addition, you must be new to BINGE to get the Standard or Premium package for free for three months.
The offer does not include returning or existing BINGE customers.
Have you activated BINGE?
Before you can enjoy content on BINGE, the first step is to activate your device. First, download the BINGE app from your device’s application store.
Once done, open the app to get an activation code, then sign in to your account. If the credentials are correct, you should be able to access all BINGE movies and television shows.
