Where to watch Grey’s Anatomy: All seasons and new episodes

If you want to start Grey’s Anatomy from the beginning or catch up before the next season, you have a few good options to stream this series.

The easiest is Hulu. It currently carries all 22 seasons and will continue getting new episodes after they air on ABC.

Netflix also has the complete 22-season library. New episodes, however, arrive on Hulu much sooner.

What is Grey’s Anatomy about?

This show follows the doctors. They all are working at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in Seattle.

It started in 2005 with Meredith Grey. The character is a surgical intern trying to build her career. At the same time she is dealing with friendships and relationships. She also has difficult patients and life inside a busy hospital.

The cast has changed many times over the years. But the show has kept its medical cases and personal drama.

How many seasons of Grey’s Anatomy are there?

As of August 2026, we have 22 completed seasons of this TV show. These add up to a total of 466 episodes. The count makes it one of the largest TV libraries available on a major streaming service.

Season 22 ended in May 2026. So, do not expect any new weekly episodes airing during the summer.

Where to watch all seasons of Grey’s Anatomy

Here are the best places to catch these episodes:

1. Hulu

This is the best option for many people. If you want both the old seasons and new episodes, this is your best bet.

You do not need Hulu + Live TV. You can save money by subscribing to the regular plan. But here you will have to wait until the next day to get any new episodes from the show.

This regular ad-supported plan costs $11.99 monthly.

For viewing without ads, you need to subscribe to Premium, which will have you shell out $18.99 per month.

If you want both live tv access and on demand, then the best for you is Hulu + Live TV. This plan includes local ABC stations in many areas. It currently costs $89.99 each month. Local channel availability depends on your location.

2. Netflix

Netflix is another strong choice for a full rewatch.

Season 22 joined Netflix on June 6, 2026. This brings the U.S. library up to all 22 seasons.

The main difference is how quickly new episodes arrive.

Netflix does not receive each new Grey’s Anatomy episode the day after it airs. Hulu does. Netflix normally gets a completed season later, after its ABC run has ended.

Plans in the US currently start at $8.99 per month.

3. Disney+

Grey’s Anatomy also appears inside Disney+ in the U.S. through Hulu on Disney+.

Disney’s listing currently shows 22 seasons. But access depends on your subscription. Your standalone membership on this platform does not automatically give you the entire Hulu library.

Eligible Hulu subscribers should sign in to Disney+ with the same MyDisney account. Once done, you can watch Hulu content there.

If you are a bundle subscriber, it is easier for you. You automatically access Hulu programming through the Disney+ app.

StreamDiag has a separate guide explaining how to bring your Hulu watch history and recommendations into Disney+.

For Season 23, ABC says new episodes will be available the next day through Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for eligible subscribers.

How to watch new episodes live

As you already know, the first place to see any new episode is ABC.

Season 23 premieres Thursday, October 15, 2026. It will start at 10/9c.

You could watch through a local ABC TV station. Use an antenna to access it. If your antenna does not receive it, get it through a TV provider that carries your local affiliate.

Live TV streaming services also carry this TV station depending on your location.
