When your Samsung TV is in hospitality mode, it will limit user control by turning off specific features and functions.
For example, you will not change channels, adjust the volume, connect external devices, or access certain menus.
The Hospitality Mode can either be interactive or standalone. Your TV is usually in interactive mode when it is stuck in Hospitality Mode.
Therefore, you can get Samsung TV out of hospitality mode to access these features by changing it from interactive to standalone.

Some Samsung TVs do not have a Hospitality Mode menu. Instead, they have a Hotel Mode menu. You can change this option and go back to normal view as follows:

- Press Mute, 1, 1, 9, and Enter in that sequence.
- Highlight Hotel Mode or Hotel Hospitality.
- Press Enter.
If the Hotel Mode or Hotel Hospitality mode option is ON, use the right arrow key to turn it to OFF.
Once done, restart your TV to return to the normal channel view.
4. Factory reset your Samsung TV
You can turn off hospitality mode on a Samsung TV without a remote by factory resetting it.
But the option is unavailable on a remote, so you must do it from your TV manually.
- Turn the TV off at the power source.
- Hold the start button on the back of the TV or under the front panel for 15 seconds.
- Turn the TV on at the power source.
The steps will allow you to force your Samsung TV to factory reset. As a result, it will delete all settings, including Hospitality Mode.
