Jessie Holmes rose to fame in 2015 after joining the cast of the reality TV show Life Below Zero.

Before joining the show, Jessie, born in Alabama, worked as a carpenter in Montana. He then moved to Alaska and discovered his passion for dog mushing, which he regularly participates in.
Eventually, he left the show in 2023 after sustaining injuries while helping to clean up the aftermath of Typhoon Merbok, which had struck Western Alaska.
