Crutch on Paramount+: Full Cast, Plot & Where to Watch

All eight episodes of the new comedy series Crutch are available on Paramount+. Tracy Morgan stars as Francois “Frank” Crutchfield, a bold shop owner in Harlem.

The show tells the story of Frank’s hectic life after his grown son and daughter move back in with their children. As a spinoff from CBS’s The Neighborhood, it offers multi-generational humor set in Harlem.

You can watch the show exclusively on Paramount+ with a subscription.

What is Crutch all about?

Crutch focuses on Frank Crutchfield, a widower and well-known figure in Harlem with a blunt attitude and plenty of advice from his corner store. His plans fall apart when his Ivy League son leaves a high-paying law job for pro bono work and his daughter returns home with her two kids after a breakup.

In the first episode, Crutch teaches his grandkids how to ride the subway and has a heated discussion about happiness with his son, who earns $250,000 a year but still feels unfulfilled.

Frank Crutch is connected to The Neighborhood universe, as he is Calvin Butler’s cousin. There’s a crossover episode on CBS, where Frank heads to L.A. for a flooring job and ends up causing trouble with Calvin’s wife, Tina.
