1. Katie Pratt
Katie Pratt is a news anchor/reporter for KETK TV.
She fell in love with being in front of the camera as a kid when she started doing radio and TV commercials for her dad’s business.
When she was in high school, her father took her to a local TV station to see a live broadcast, which made her want to become an anchor.
Pratt attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with a BA in Broadcast Journalism. While in college, she was a reporter and later the managing editor for the student-run SMU-TV.
After college, Katie Pratt joined KETK TV as a nightside reporter before being promoted to the weekend and (currently) evening news anchor.
On top of presenting the newscast, she also hosts the weekly sponsored East Texas Women segment.
2. Kaci Koviak
Kaci Koviak anchors KETK TV’s 5, 6, and 10 p.m. newscasts and is the channel’s senior executive producer.
She attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.
While in college, she worked as a communication intern in London and Greece and as a production assistant for NBC Universal and a travel channel in Washington, DC.
Before joining KETK TV, Koviak was a political commentator for Fox News Strategy Room and a correspondent and producer for PowerwomenTV.
She joined KETK in 2011 as a weekday morning anchor before being promoted to weeknight prime-time anchor in 2013.
Kaci Koviak is married to Michael Wesp. They have two children together (daughters Atalee and Ryleigh) and a rescue cat, Gulliver.
3. Tyler Henderson
Tyler Henderson is a morning news anchor at KETK TV.
He attended Abilene Christian University, where he initially studied exotic wildlife management.
However, he switched to broadcast journalism after discovering his passion for being on-air. He graduated from ACU with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication.
While in college, Henderson worked as an on-air radio host for 89.5 KACU in Abilene and a sports writer for ACU Athletics.
He was also an on-air personality for ACUTV and was once a commentator on a school’s game broadcast via ESPN.
After college, Henderson joined KTAB-TV before joining KETK-TV as a news anchor in 2023.
He has risen quickly through the ranks of broadcast journalism due to his big on-air personality and his creative ways of making newscasts interesting for viewers.
Tyler Henderson is married to Alex Henderson. The couple got married at a giraffe sanctuary in Texas in 2021. They have a daughter, Roy Josefine, who was born in 2022.
4. Isaac Ramirez
Isaac Ramirez is a Mexican-American reporter who works as an evening news anchor for KETK-TV.
Ramirez attended Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating with a mass communication degree.
He also has a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from the same institution.
After college, he worked as a reporter and news anchor at KTAB-KRBC Telemundo Abilene and then as a morning news anchor at KETK TV before being promoted to executive producer and, later, assistant news director.
In 2023, Ramirez left KETK for KOAA News5 in Colorado Springs where he worked as a news director.
However, in March 2024, he returned to the KETK TV news team, this time as an evening news anchor.
5. Annabelle Tuggle
Anabelle Tuggle is a Texas native who works as a morning news anchor for KETK TV.
Tuggle initially wanted to pursue a medical career, but this changed when she fell in love with journalism.
She got an early start as a journalist by doing freelance reporting for a local newspaper in high school.
She then attended Hardin-Simmons University and pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communications.
She then moved to Abilene, Texas, where she worked as a journalist and anchor for KTAB and KRBC, mostly covering local news.
In 2024, Tuggle joined KETK TV as a multimedia journalist, covering weather, breaking news, community stories, and other local news. After a few months at the station, she was promoted to the morning news anchor.
Tuggle is married to Colton Tuggle; they got married in 2022. They do not have children but have adopted three pets: two cats and a dog.
6. James Grant
James Grant is a reporter and sports anchor for KETK-TV. He grew up watching sports on ESPN and playing baseball (little league as a kid and club baseball in college).
In high school, he was the school’s morning news anchor and the play-by-play commentator for the basketball and football teams.
Grant attended the University of South Carolina before transferring to The University of Texas, Austin, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.
He gained journalism experience in college by working for media outfits like The Daily Gamecock, Student Gamecock Television, WUSC-FM, TSTV Sports, and KVRX 97.7FM.
Before joining KETK, he worked as a sports intern for KEYE-TV.
He was also a reporter and sports anchor for First Coast News, covering various sports, from the NFL to the PGA Tour, soccer, hockey, NCAA Athletics, and high school sports.
Grant’s love for sports extends to his personal life as well. In his free time, he plays golf and volunteers at Little League and other youth league sports.
7. Victoria Bean
Victoria Bean is a weekend anchor/reporter for KETK TV. She loved being in front of the camera and considered several careers, such as acting, talk show host, and covering news.
Bean attended Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio, TV, and Theatre.
In college, she was an anchor and a sports & weather reporter for the school’s SFATV2. She was also a contributing videographer for SFASU’s Pine Log and an on-air DJ for the school’s KSAU 90.1 radio station.
After college, she worked for CVS Health and Dairy Manager, before joining KETK TV as a multimedia journalist covering various stories from weather, community news, special reports, and more.
In 2023, she was promoted to the channel’s weekend anchor.
8. Ashley Anderson
Ashley Anderson is a reporter and fill-in anchor for KETK TV. She grew up watching veteran anchor Robin Roberts, thus developing a journalism passion.
She attended Sam Houston State University, graduating with a mass communication and media studies degree.
Anderson gained journalism experience as a reporter, weather anchor, and producer for the school’s Channel 7 News station.
She joined KETK TV after graduating from college in 2022 and has been with the channel since then.
Anderson is an outdoor enthusiast. In her free time, she loves roller skating, exploring nature, and spending time with friends.
