Pluto TV has rolled out a limited-time streaming event, where it will offer 250 free classic films to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. The event, dubbed “Americana 2026,” features a collection of movies that touch on American history, culture, and life.
The free films will be available from June 29 to July 13, 2026. Besides the free movies, Pluto TV has also announced a lineup of dedicated TV channels, which will feature the Americana 2026 movie collection, America’s 250th anniversary events, and various fan-favorite TV series.

The Americana 2026 event by Pluto TV features 250 free movies that span nearly 90 years of cinema history, touching on American history, mythology, and cultural identity. They range from classic films to war movies, modern & neo-westerns, and iconic films by American directors.
