Upgrading to GoTV Supa
To upgrade your package, you can use the MyGotv app, computer, or USSD. The steps for each method are below.
1. Using your computer
Follow these steps to change your subscription using your computer.
- On your browser, go to the GoTV Africa website.
- Select Self Service on the screen and then Change My Package.
- Enter your Login details that is your IUC and phone number.
- Select GoTV Supa, click Next, and pay for your new package on the page that appears.
2. Using the GoTV app
Follow these steps to change to GoTV Supa on the GoTV app.
- Log into your account.
- On the homepage, at the bottom of your screen, select MyGotv and click on Change in the menu that appears.
- The packages will appear, and you can select GoTV Supa and then pay for it.
3. Using USSD
If you do not have internet access, you can change your package using the GoTv USSD code. Follow these easy steps:
- Call *423#
- Several options will appear: select Upgrade/Downgrade.
- A list of available packages will appear; select GoTV Supa.
- Next, type your IUC number then click on OK.
- The system will provide payment prompts, and your new package will be ready in 30 minutes.
