  1. When I signed up, the deal was for a free Amazon Firestick. The rep told me they had this new sling cube or something like that and it was so much better.
I told her, I already had 3 Firesticks and I wanted the Firestick to match them. After 30 minutes of her refusing to send me the Firestick, I agreed to try the new sling cube.
What I received was an outdated Air TV that Dish Network had sold Sling after upgrading to a new better device. The first problem was certain Apps could not be installed until is released. After that, it continuously would lock up, lose the remote programming, and other problems.
It has never gone more than 3 or 4 days without having some kind of problem. I am about ready to drop Sling, since they falsely advertised the free firestick and then substituted the outdated Air TV device. In a year I have had to reset it up at least 20 times and I am sick of it.
