Was Jasmine from 90 Day Fiancé Deported? Here’s What Really Happened

Jasmine Pineda is a reality TV star from the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Series.  Pineda has been at the centre of intense speculation and rumours regarding her immigration status in the United States.

Questions have swirled around whether Jasmine has been deported, fueled by dramatic moments on the show and her social media activity.

Below is a detailed look into what really happened and her immigration status.

Jasmine’s Immigration Journey on 90 Day Fiancé

Jasmine, initially from Panama, first captured viewers’ attention on 90 Day Fiancé when she moved to the United States to marry Gino Palazzolo in 2023 after obtaining a K-1 fiancée visa.

The couple married amid intimacy issues and challenges that led them to explore an open marriage.

However, Jasmine’s life on the show soon became more complicated when she became pregnant with another man, Matt Branis, while still legally married to Gino.

Jasmine was able to obtain her green card through her marriage to Gino, which allows her to live and work legally in the United States despite the rocky relationship.

This status provided Jasmine with some security, but her immigration story was far from smooth, as tensions on the show and social media rumours led to fears about her being deported.

Rumours and Accusations of Deportation Attempts

Jasmine publicly revealed on Instagram and other platforms that she believed a fellow 90 Day Fiancé cast member had contacted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Child Protective Services (CPS) with the intent to have her deported in 2025.

Although she did not name the individual, she implied that the identity was widely known among fans and that it belonged to a female cast member.

This revelation caused a stir among fans, who debated the validity of Jasmine’s claims and questioned the prevalence of such tactics within reality TV drama.

Jasmine also shared that she had been tagged repeatedly on social media posts by people encouraging ICE and CPS intervention, which added to her stress and public perception of her precarious immigration situation.

What went wrong with Jasmine’s immigration?

Several critical missteps and delays have complicated Jasmine’s immigration journey, despite her arrival in the United States with legal status, as discussed below.

Jasmine’s sons were not included in the original visa

Jasmine’s two sons, JC and Juance, whom she welcomed with her first husband back in Panama, were not included in her K-1 visa petition, leaving them outside the initial immigration process.

Speaking in a March 2024 episode of the show, she revealed that she intended for her sons to follow her to the United  States, but later discovered that Gino hadn’t listed either of them in the K-1 visa paperwork.

This requires a separate legal step, which is often more complex and slower.

Furthermore, an immigration lawyer stated publicly that it could take Jasmine up to two years for her sons’ visas to be processed, which would bring considerable uncertainty about family reunification.

Threats from Gino

Gino has at times accused Jasmine of using him for a green card, claimed marriage fraud, and even threatened to have her deported on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? and other shows.

However, these may be more conflict and TV drama than legal actions.

Has Jasmine Been Deported?

As of October 2025, despite the rumours, Jasmine has not been deported from the United States.

In fact, she continues to live in the U.S. and is actively participating in the latest season of  90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9, where her personal life and immigration issues have been front and centre.

Jasmine has openly discussed the anxiety and fear she experiences living under the threat of deportation, highlighting a constant wariness of ICE intervention.

However, no official record or credible report confirms that her deportation has actually occurred. This ongoing uncertainty about her future continues to play out on the show and through her social media updates.

Similarly, she has previously stated that if her sons’ visa petitions are denied, she would consider returning to Panama permanently.

But emotional statements don’t equate to an actual deportation order.
